When will my order ship?

Standard orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During the baseball season and special promotions, processing may take up to 5 business days before shipping.

What is your return policy for fan gear?

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that customized jerseys and clearance items are final sale.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping options are currently being evaluated for future availability.

How do I know what size jersey to order?

We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. Our official jerseys typically follow standard athletic sizing; we recommend sizing up if you plan to wear a hoodie underneath.

Can I track my order once it has left the stadium?

Yes, once your order is scanned by the carrier, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and an estimated delivery date.
