At the El Paso Chihuahuas Official Store, we want you to wear your team gear with pride. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed with all stadium tags still attached.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in the original packaging or a sturdy shipping box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Replacement

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new gear within 5-7 business days.
